So as the days get longer and the weather gets warmer, Captain Baxter is making a meaningful effort to bring back and re-invigorate the much-loved/missed long lunch culture. We’ve extended our sitting times to 3 ½ hours. And even then, don’t leave! We’ll encourage you to stay, and lounge on the balcony with a bottle of Champagne. Or trot down to Republica for some live tunes to soothe the soul.

We’ve also created a series of banquet menus best savoured and enjoyed slowly. Aren’t banquets just the most fabulous way to dine? You can just relax and have exquisite food brought to you – no decisions, just languid luxury…
